Reporting to the Head of Sales and Marketing, your main role will be to support the marketing efforts of the firm and to ensure that the Global clients receive the highest quality of service. Your daily duties include providing a high quality customer service and maintaining good client relationships; responding to client requests and active communication with investors; preparing and updating marketing materials including presentations & monthly reports and as well as RFPs/RFIs from investment consultants and institutional investors. In addition, you will also be actively liaising with internal parties i.e.: portfolio management, back office and other teams with regards to clients reporting, requests and other projects.

To qualify, you must have 7-10 years of experience in the financial industry, working for a hedge fund, fund of hedge funds, or asset management firm with relevant experience in marketing/ client servicing/ investor relations. Solid knowledge of the fund industry and operations is preferred. You must be a strong communicator with the ability to engage with clients and all levels within the firm. Excellent verbal communication and written skills in English is a must. Mandarin or Japanese language skills would be advantageous.
